What we do

eScreened is a user friendly web based service that was created to provide staffing agencies and corporate recruiters with the means to Recruit, Record, & Remember™ all candidates who register with their agency, or interview with internal corporate recruiters or hiring managers.

Hundreds, if not thousands of prospective job candidates are prescreened and interviewed by staffing agencies and corporate recruiters each year for current or upcoming job opportunities and eScreened provides a hassle free web service and platform that allows you to never forget a face and the ability to retain hours and hours worth of valuable time spent with candidates!

How many times have you wished you could revisit a candidate interview for a piece of critical information, remembered who a certain candidate was or more importantly…present the perfect candidate to a hiring manager answering questions related to their skill set?

The eScreened Platform

  • Compatible with any standard webcam, or for the highest quality with the least amount of setup, use a pre-configured, plug-and-go eScreened-provided camera.
  • Shoot anywhere from 3 minute video introductions to one hour, full length interviews
  • Search for and view and previously recorded video resumes for up to a year
  • Upload resumes in PDF or Microsoft Word format
  • E-Mail video resumes, along with a "paper" resume, photograph, cover letter and salary requirements via a branded email/webpage, or MeView
  • Set automatic, variable expiration dates on MeViews

eScreened allows staffing agencies and corporate recruiters the capabilities to:

  • Prescreen and capture video and still images of job applicants who register with their staffing agency or apply for an internal job opportunity so their interview session or brief video summary of their work experience will be permanently retained in their personalized eScreened database.
  • Videotape candidates answering pre-scripted interview questions provided by the hiring manager or staffing agency for current or future job opportunities, thus assisting in the elimination of first round interviews or "meet and greet" sessions.
  • Permanently have a wireless Mobile Interview Platform, or ready-to-use preconfigured network-based camera, on site (provided by eScreened) that interacts with their customized eScreened website so that candidates may be video taped during their initial interview or called back by a recruiter to answer any questions a staffing agency client or internal hiring manager might want answered on video (thus eliminating steps in the interview process).
  • Store every prospective candidate in each eScreened hosted candidate management site by video taping the initial 'pre-screen' interview and 'meet & greet' session or as a still photograph so that client employees will forever be able to access a candidate interview or video summary. This will allow recruiters the chance to revisit interviews so they don't have to write down every word the candidates says — and also allow other employees of their company to log on and see the interview when convenient for them, especially once the recruiter who met the candidate no longer works there.
  • Provide a customized candidate greeting template (a MeView™) in which to submit all prospective job candidates to hiring managers in a unique and uniform manner for preview once they've been pre-screened by sending out an expiring website link (as determined by the recruiter). eScreened will consult with each client on the look and feel of their customized eScreened MeView™ and email greeting template.
